CakeFlow: Running a Bakery’s Orders End to End

The situation

Orders arrived across several channels with nowhere central to hold them. Tracking what had been ordered, what was paid for and what was due next depended on the owner keeping it all in their head, which does not scale and does not survive a busy week.

What we built

We built CakeFlow: one system that runs the ordering side of the business end to end. Orders are taken in one place, tracked through fulfilment, and customers are kept informed as their order moves, so nothing depends on someone remembering.
