Three Disconnected Tools, Rebuilt as One Revenue Pipeline
How it connects
Instantly
Outreach goes out and replies come back
n8n
Routes, maps fields and tags the lead source
HubSpot
The lead lands in the CRM, already labelled
ClickUp
Work is tracked against an owner
The situation
Outreach lived in one tool, the CRM in another, and delivery work somewhere else again. With nothing connecting them, leads had to be moved and re-entered by hand, sources were not tagged consistently, and a HubSpot Super Admin access problem had stalled the work before it could start.
What we built
We connected Instantly, n8n and HubSpot into a single pipeline, then layered ClickUp task tracking, field mapping and lead source tagging on top of it. We also resolved the HubSpot Super Admin access issue that had been blocking the build.
What it does
- Instantly, n8n and HubSpot running as one pipeline
- Field mapping between systems
- Lead source tagging end to end
- ClickUp task tracking layered on the pipeline
- HubSpot Super Admin access issue resolved
The result
One pipeline in place of three disconnected tools, with leads tagged by source and tracked to an owner instead of re-keyed by hand.
